Créé en 2010 lors de l’adoption du Code d’éthique et de déontologie des membres de l’Assemblée nationale, le Commissaire à l’éthique et à la déontologie est une institution indépendante qui conseille, accompagne et encadre les députées et députées et leur personnel politique, en s’assurant que les règles déontologiques et les principes éthiques établis guident leur conduite. Cet article présente le parcours de l’institution au cours des 13 dernières années avec un regard sur l’évolution de ses pratiques ainsi que sur ses défis.
