Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rencana strategis dalam pengembangan laboratorium di Insititut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri Kampus Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Analisis SWOT untuk menganalisa aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada rencana strategis pengembangan laboratorium dan teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penyelenggaraan Laboratorium di Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri Kampus Kalimantan Barat belum optimal dikarenakan beberapa hal diantaranya yaitu, belum tersedia SDM yang mumpuni dalam pengelolaan laboratorium, prasarana penunjang yang masih minim, serta faktor kurikulum internal pendidikan yang belum disusun secara integrasi oleh stakeholder terkait.
