Abstract
Dans la présente note, nous entendons traiter du sujet général de la délimitation en droit maritime, et en particulier des règles suivies par la Cour internationale de Justice en la matière. Pour savoir quelle direction prendra la droit en celte matière, il importer de jeter un regard historique sur la question de la délimitation maritime, et en particulier sur l’histoire ancienne du développement de la doctrine ambiguë et nébuleuse des « principes équitables ».
