Abstract
El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo investigar el mercado canadiense y proponer un plan de negocio con la finalidad de exportar pulpa de açaí congelada hacia la ciudad de Toronto, el cual se proyecta para el año 2022. Quarmy se diferencia por ofrecer un nuevo producto con altos índices nutricionales y 100 % orgánico. Debido a la gran apertura que brindan los mercados externos para los productos energéticos y con alto índice nutricional, el mercado canadiense ha sido el país más importante del mundo en las últimas décadas. En la presente investigación se describe los requisitos para ingresar al mercado de Canadá, los lineamientos de la organización de la fábrica, la estructura y su construcción, la estimación de la oferta y la demanda, el proceso de producción y el análisis ambiental para evaluar el cambio comercial, económico y social que puedan afectar la viabilidad del proyecto. Seguidamente, con los datos obtenidos se genera y determina el plan de marketing, el plan estratégico y el plan de RR.HH. Después de completar esta fase, se describen los recursos a nivel material, equipo y capital humano que se plantea usar, el origen de los recursos capitales para ejecutar la operación, el plan financiero de la empresa y equipo directivo para acreditar las funciones planificadas y los objetivos establecidos para el presente plan de negocio.
