En mayo de 2017, en el contexto del fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia argentina mejor conocido como el “2x1” (Ley 24.390) que buscaba reducir las penas de los represores juzgados y condenados, empezaron a escucharse las voces de un colectivo denominado Historias desobedientes: familiares de genocidas por la memoria, la verdad y la justicia. La publicación en 2018 del libro Escritos desobedientes. Historias de hijas, hijos y familiares de genocidas por la memoria, la verdad y la justicia, abrió una nueva instancia en la tarea social de construcción de la memoria histórica relativa a los crímenes cometidos durante la dictadura del Proceso de reorganización nacional (1976-1983). Este trabajo se propone analizar el estatus particular que adquieren algunos de los escritos incluidos en el volumen, poniendo a prueba los límites del discurso literario de muy diversas formas. Con una mirada crítica acerca de la “ética de la restitución” elaborada por Dominique Viart, el análisis se centra en los recursos literarios y lingüísticos que verbalizan la ruptura de los lazos filiales. Estos textos, en su asumida desobediencia, dinamizan el trabajo de duelo individual y familiar en beneficio de la conciencia social postdictatorial, especialmente en los tiempos de impunidad sistémica.
