Abstract
A otorreia é classificada como um corrimento líquido seroso de saída do canal auditivo. Os pacientes com otorreia, comumente, relatam a saída de secreção pela orelha. É importante questioná-los sobre alguns itens que serão expostos neste artigo, os quais caracterizarão o tipo de otorreia e qual a conduta a ser orientada a partir desta classificação. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter exploratório, havendo coo base teórica Google Acadêmico, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Pubmed e Scielo, para elaborar o presente artigo, que contribui para os objetivos pré-estabelecidos.
