Abstract
L’innovation comme proposition organisationnelle ou comme hypothèse de transformation s’invitent dans les éléments de langage des décideurs et des politiques. L’usager et le citoyen peinent à identifier les marqueurs de l’innovation. Ils ne parviennent pas davantage à repérer les traces des innovations et les effets de celles-ci sur leurs quotidiens. Les attentes à l’égard de l’innovation sont grandes. Le défi de les mettre en œuvre et d’atteindre avec succès les objectifs sont à la hauteur des effets attendus. Or, une organisation, l’enseignement agricole français, est parvenue, depuis son développement dans les années soixante, à traduire dans le quotidien des pratiques les promesses et les espérances de l’innovation. Cet article vise à rassembler les regards de différents acteurs de l’enseignement agricole public et privé sur plusieurs décennies d’innovations. Il souligne les quotidiens partagés de l’innovation éducative. Il met en valeur les conditions de réussite des innovations.
