Abstract
L'insertion socioprofessionnelle en milieu scolaire franco-manitobain des personnes immigrantes formes l'tranger Formation et profession 31(3) 2023 1 sum Les personnes immigrantes formes l' tranger qui veulent poursuivre une carrire d' enseignement dans les programmes francophones au Manitoba rencontrent certains dfis : obstacles administratifs, sentiment d'isolement, etc. La recherche-action mene auprs de 16 participants en formation initiale ou exerant la profession avait pour but de mieux comprendre l'accueil et l'accompagnement reus durant leur processus d'insertion socioprofessionnelle largi, qui comprend la priode de formation initiale et l'arrive sur le march du travail. Les rsultats rvlent des expriences favorables (accueil chaleureux, disponibilit du personnel) et dfavorables (choc culturel, pratiques d' embauche discriminatoires). Les recommandations visent amliorer les pratiques pdagogiques, d' embauche et d'accompagnement tout en favorisant une meilleure comprhension de la thmatique l' tude par les acteurs du terrain.
