Cohort Profile Update: The Québec Birth Cohort on Immunity and Health (CO·MMUNITY)
Bibliographic record
Abstract
\nKey Features
\n
• The Quebec Birth Cohort on Immunity and Health was originally set up to investigate the non-specific effects of Bacillus Calmette- \nGuerin (BCG) vaccination on the occurrence of selected autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and included 81 496 persons born in \n1974, who were followed until 1994.
\n
• The cohort was expanded to enable studying rarer diseases requiring a larger sample size and follow-up during adulthood. Assembled in \n2017, the expanded Quebec Birth Cohort on Immunity and Health (CO-MMUNITY) includes 400 611 individuals born in 1970–74 in the \nprovince of Quebec, Canada, and followed until 2014; 2% of the cohort are deceased and 10% were potentially lost to follow-up.
\n
• Administrative data acquired cover perinatal and sociodemographic information, BCG vaccination, medical services, hospitalizations for \ndiabetes, lymphoma, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma and other allergic diseases, prescription drugs and death \nif applicable.
\n
• A nested case-control study on inflammatory bowel disease was conducted with 2728 participants.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
