Abstract
The province of Québec has made remarkable progress in the past fifty years as it has emerged from its former status as a very poor relative of France to its current position of leadership in the new economy. This book shows how the provincial government, in partnership with private business, has led this province to a position of strength. Changing economic and social patterns, the increased speed of commercial interactions, and the inventive use of resources have characterized Québec's transformation and hold lessons for public-private partnership across cultures and industries. In addition, anyone interested in how change management theories are actually applied will find this a useful resource.
