Abstract
El presente artículo presenta un análisis comparado de las modalidades de acción socioeducativa especializada en medios familiares que se dan en Canadá (Québec) y España (Catalunya) con la finalidad de llegar a conclusiones y aprendizajes transferibles entre ambas regiones.Este estudio de pedagogía comparada es el resultado de una investigación de campo centrada en aquellas acciones socioeducativas destinadas a la prevención de situaciones de riesgo social que vive la infancia, causadas por un mal ejercicio de las tareas educativas de sus padres. El creciente interés de las instituciones sociales y educativas por prevenir, las situaciones que provocan problemas de socialización en la infancia, hace que estudios de este tipo puedan ofrecer pautas para la innovación y la génesis de nuevos programas.Descriptores: familia protección de la infancia
