Abstract
Réalisée entre avril et juin 2023, cette enquête collecte les témoignages de quatre compositeur·rice·s qui se sont expatrié·e·s à un moment donné de leur carrière musicale, et où le Québec représente un point de départ, d’arrivée ou d’étape dans leur parcours. Analía Lludgar (Argentine), Ofer Pelz (Israël), Evelin Ramón (Cuba) et Pierre Alexandre Tremblay (Québec) ont participé à une entrevue portant sur les motifs de leur expatriation, sur la comparaison entre leur pays d’accueil et d’origine, ainsi que sur les répercussions personnelles et musicales de leur expérience. L’enquête dégage leur ressenti identitaire de même que les points de convergence et les différences dans la perception socioculturelle du Québec selon les époques et les personnalités de chacun·e.
