Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menghadapi quarter life crisis pada siswa menjelang kelulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologi, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek merupakan siswa SMA kelas XII yang mengalami Quarter Life Crisis yang berusia 17-18 tahun yang berjumlah 6 orang, diantaranya tiga subyek utama dan tiga signficant others dengan usia yang berbeda dengan subjek utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa strategi dalam menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis pada siswa menjelang kelulusan, strategi yang dijelaskan terdapat dibeberapa aspek Quarter Life Crisis diantaranya masalah mencari pekerjaan diselesaikan dengan memilih peran yang cocok dengan dirinya serta menjaga relasi dan saling bertukar pikiran dengan teman, aspek kurangnya dukungan sekitar diatasi dengan selalu menyampaikan ketika ada suatu ketidaknyamanan dengan lingkungan, aspek perasaan kecewa diatasi dengan berusaha memperbaiki meskipun harus melewati kesedihan terlebih dahulu, aspek perasaan tertekan diatasi dengan tetap berusaha mewujudkan harapan orang tua dan selalu berpikir positif dan aspek masalah eksplorasi diri diatasi dengan berusaha untuk mengambil kesempatan baru dan membangun relasi.
