Abstract
Com objetivo de analisar estudos que abordam a ocorrência de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis entre mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres, esta revisão sistemática foi realizada por meio de busca em bases de dados, mediante auxílio da escala de Newcastle-Ottawa para análise do risco de viés. Foram encontrados 30 artigos, em que a média de idade entre as participantes foi de 28,2 anos, com predomínio do ensino médio (60%) e etnia branca (60%). As infecções sexualmente transmissíveis mais prevalentes foram por Papilomavírus Humano (37%), Vaginose Bacteriana (20%) e Herpes (13%). Entre a amostra, 7,36% relataram o uso de algum método de barreira e 14% já haviam sido diagnosticadas com alguma infecção. Apesar da idade e do alto nível de escolaridade, a falta de conhecimento da amostra sobre as formas de contágio e prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis se mostra uma realidade.
