Abstract
Alguns dilemas da modernidade se tornaram um gigantesco buraco negro de significados no mundo contemporâneo, especialmente as relações sociais que evoluíram e se tornaram mais complexas. Isso é notado em grande escala na seara tecnológica, com a redução das distâncias entre pessoas e nações, por meio do fenômeno da globalização. Nessa quadra, o relacionamento entre grupos não está alheio ao surgimento de novas formas de interação, impulsionadas pelas mídias e redes sociais, principalmente no contexto “pós-pandemia” (VEIGA, 2020, p.27). Inobstante, os procuradores dos órgãos públicos possuem atribuições profícuas, um tipo de sabedoria que brota da vida cotidiana forense. Com recuo crítico. Com análise. Longe do torpor inebriante, opacidade e repetição sem sentido, que só traz segurança para quem não espera nada mais do que já se sabe (VEIGA, 2020, p.29). Todavia, diante de nossas inquietações profissionais, trago à colação assertivas disseminadas na 11ª Conferência do Fórum Mundial de Mediação. E, como não poderia ser diferente, os resultados também se tornaram exponenciais. Ao exame, sem abandonar as fileiras da justiça multiportas, o autor do presente levou consigo a vivencia de um conciliador à advocacia pública. De forma inovadora e exitosa, chama atenção a inserção de sua pratica na função procurador, a conciliação do ponto de vista do orgão público no exercício da função administrativa e a postura de gestores de órgãos da administração direta e indireta. Ademais, sua contribuição, sugerindo formas de tornar a justiça brasileira mais célere e desafogar o Judiciário, torna o presente artigo de leitura essencial (VEIGA, 2023, p.11). Tal qual é erigida mister a evolução da nobre missão das Procuradorias, quão essenciais a otimização do acesso à justiça.
