Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเจริญสติต่ออาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อม\n \nรูปแบบการวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง\n\nวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อมจำนวน 70 คน ที่เป็นสมาชิกในชมรมผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 35 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 35 คน จับคู่ในด้าน อายุ เพศ ค่าดัชนีมวลกาย ชนิดของยาแก้ปวด ความถี่ของยาแก้ปวดที่ได้รับ และประสบการณ์ในการเจริญสติ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการเจริญสติเพื่อบรรเทาอาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อม กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับกิจกรรมตามปกติของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการเจริญสติเพื่อบรรเทาอาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อม ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมกลุ่ม 5 ครั้ง และกิจกรรมรายบุคคล 3 ครั้ง รวม 8 ครั้ง ห่างกันครั้งละ 1 สัปดาห์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินระดับอาการปวดชนิดตัวเลข (Numeric Rating Scale: NSR) และแบบประเมินภาวะข้อจำกัดจากอาการปวดเข่า (Western Ontario Mcmaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index: WOMAC Scale) ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.0 และมีความเที่ยงแบบวัดซ้ำเท่ากับ .78 และ .99 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที\n\nผลการวิจัย: 1) อาการปวดเข่าของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อม ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการเจริญสติต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการเจริญสติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) อาการปวดเข่าของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อมกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการเจริญสติต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับกิจกรรมตามปกติของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01\n\nสรุป: โปรแกรมการเจริญสติส่งผลให้อาการปวดเข่าของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อมลดลงและต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับกิจกรรมตามปกติของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ \n
