Abstract
La guerre en Ukraine a renforcé les liens entre la Chine et la Russie. Les pays européens ne peuvent que le constater, même s’ils appréhendent chacun des deux pays de manière différente, selon l’histoire de leurs relations bilatérales. À cet égard, le commerce maritime et les échanges dans l’Arctique sont deux sujets significatifs qu’il convient d’examiner. En outre, la collaboration étroite entre la Chine et la Russie implique un nombre croissant de pays du Sud, au détriment des relations traditionnelles avec l’Europe.
