Challenges for Sustainable FuturesWe present you with the challenges of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals https://sdgs.un.org/goals.We raise the challenges and reality of 100 million people displaced from their homes(UNHCR).In Ukraine since 2022, 8 million people were displaced within the country and another 6 million people outside the country.People are displaced because of wars and conflicts, but also because of natural disasters and the consequences of climate change.We signal the challenges brought by increased workplace diversity in private and public sectors.The millennial generation is more ethnically diverse than others, and the workforce overall is more diverse now, in terms of age, gender, disability and cultural backgrounds.Organizations are challenged to understand and invest in diversity, equality and inclusion.Psychology can contribute to these challenges, and cross-cultural psychology, in particular, can significantly improve our collective endeavors to create a more sustainable, inclusive and innovative future.IACCP 2023 will contribute to make the world a better place!Learn and teach others, share and amplify the effect of our collective psychological knowledge of the human Minds and Hearts.Contribute to carving new Pathways towards a Sustainable Future in our discipline, our societies and the world!
