Abstract

A significant proportion of neonates and infants who present with epilepsy have been found to have an underlying genetic etiology. Genetic diagnoses can provide critical information for clinical management and ameliorate health outcomes. In anticipation of the growing availability of rapid testing, we aimed to determine the feasibility, diagnostic yield and clinical utility of rapid genome sequencing in infants.
