Abstract

Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) delta syndrome (APDS) results from disease-associated variants in the PIK3CD and PIK3R1 genes that lead to hyperactivity of the PI3K delta pathway and progressive immune deficiency and/or dysregulation. navigateAPDS, a no-charge, sponsored, genetic testing program, was established in the US and Canada to help reduce barriers to testing. This study aims to review clinical and genetic findings from the navigateAPDS cohort.
