A partir de las numerosas invocaciones de la Definición de la Agresión, aprobada por resolución 3314 (XXIX) de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, con motivo de la agresión de la Federación de Rusia contra Ucrania, este artículo pretende analizar el uso y tratamiento que ha recibido la definición por los órganos y Estados Miembros de las Naciones Unidas en ese contexto, con mirasa determinar su vigencia y valor jurídico en el derecho internacional contemporáneo.
