Abstract
Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en los últimos tiempos han permeado las acciones pedagógicas desde las instituciones educativas, es así que se establece como objetivo del presente artículo permite evidenciar el impacto del uso de las TIC en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, a partir del COVID 19. Este ensayo se ajusta a un paradigma de investigación interpretativo y método hermenéutico. Se apoyará en ciertos apartados teóricos, pero a su vez se mencionarán algunas reflexiones e interpretaciones de dicho fenómeno a la luz de las experiencias que han tenidos los docentes autores de este trabajo en los contextos educativos de primaria y superior respectivamente destacando cuales han sido las ventajas y desventajas desde las áreas disciplinares y los posibles desafíos que enfrentan estas herramientas digitales en la postpandemia
