Abstract

Сравниваются жилые кварталы, спроектированные Объединением архитекторов-урбанистов (АРУ) в 1930 году для соцгорода Новый Чарджуй (арх. В.П. Калмыков и Л.О. Гриншпун) и Намангана (арх. В.А. Лавров и В.С. Попов). С помощью метода цифрового моделирования различных типов жилых домов восстановлена архитектурно-пространственная организация застройки, определена степень соответствия региональным традициям после построения дома. Выявлены ком-позиционные приёмы, применённые архитекторами-урбанистами при проектировании квартала среднеазиатских соцгородов. Истоки происхождения этих приёмов показаны в комплексе с проектными предложениями архитекторов АРУ для Автостроя и Зелёного города (1929–1930) и других творческих объединений, что позволило определить творческие подходы к решению проектных задач: «адаптивный» В.П. Калмыкова и «универсальный» В.А. Лаврова.
