Abstract
Latar Belakang: Angka kematian bayi dan balita di dunia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama masalah yang harus segera diselesaikan. Menurut laporan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), Pada tahun 2019, 47% dari semua kematian balita terjadi pada periode bayi baru lahir dengan sekitar sepertiga meninggal pada hari kelahiran dan hampir tiga perempat meninggal dalam minggu pertama kehidupan dan di Indonesia terdapat 60 kematian per 1000 kelahiran hidup. Berbagai upaya telah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah salah satunya adalah program MTBS sebagai pendekatan keterpaduan dalam tatalaksana balita sakit yang datang berobat ke fasilitas rawat jalan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dengan peningkatan kualitas tata laksana secara terpadu. Namun terlepas dari ketersediaan intervensi di fasilitas kesehatan, pencarian perawatan yang tidak memadai masih dilaporkan untuk penyakit neonatal dan bayi baru lahir.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini studi cross-sectional berbasis komunitas yang dilakukan pada ibu/pengasuh yang memiliki bayi berumur kurang dari 6 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Samudera, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara Total sampling yaitu semua ibu nifas yang di temui pada bulan Oktober sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan berjumlah 76 ibu nifas.Hasil: Dari analisis bivariate menunjukkan keseluruhan variable independent yaitu sikap nilai p-value 0,001 dan konseling pada ibu nifas nilai p-value 0,015 dengan prilaku ibu mencari pertolongan pada anak yang sakit di fasilitas kesehatan menunjukkan hubungan yang significan karena nilai p-value kurang dari 0.05.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan. sikap ibu dan konseling pnc tentang tanda bahaya bayi baru lahir dengan prilaku mencari pertolongan pada fasilitas kesehatan
