Abstract
Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang sudah lama diterapkan di beberapa Negara seperti Canada dan Amerika adalah metode pembelajaran Service Learning. Metode ini efektif untuk mendorong universitas dalam mengambil tanggung jawab yang lebih besar dalam melayani masyarakat serta bermitra dengan masyarakat. Untuk mahasiswa, Service Learning dapat memberikan model pembelajaran aktif tidak hanya kuliah tatap muka dikelas tetapi juga praktek langsung di lapangan, membantu pemerintah dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, sehingga mahasiswa dapat menjadi lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat disekitarnya dan memahami bagaimana penerapan ilmunya dilapangan. Kampung Kalimbu adalah kampung di Kota Makassar yang sudah lama ada sejak zaman Belanda. Dahulu kawasan ini merupakan wilayah kota Tua Makassar yang menjadi bagian penting dalam sejarah Kota Makassar. Berbagai persoalan sosial masyarakat lebih banyak muncul dari lorong-lorong yang kumuh, terutama di wilayah pusat konsentrasi permukiman dan perdagangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang standar kuliner sehat, menciptakan ruang jualan yang sehat bagi pedagang kuliner yang lebih inovatif sehingga dapat menjadi daya dorong bagi mereka untuk mengembangkan usahanya menjadi industri makanan yang lebih kreatif dan berkarakter lokal, menjadikan lorong sebagai akses utama sirkulasi dapat berfungsi kembali menjadi ruang publik bagi masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di dalam lorong dan enjadikan ruang publik yang lebih menarik sehingga mampu menjadi salah satu ikon wisata kuliner di Kota Makassar. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah tertatanya koridor kuliner sehat sehingga memberikan wajah baru bagi kondisi lorong di permukiman Kampung Kalimbu Kata Kunci : Koridor Kuliner sehat, Kampaung Kalimbu, Service Learning
