Este artigo científico aborda os principais impactos em pessoas e processos decorrentes das mudanças que as organizações passam, visando atender as demandas da sociedade atual. Atualmente, a mudança é um assunto que vem ganhando mais importância no ambiente de trabalho, principalmente em razão da dinamicidade e mutabilidade do mercado, oriundos da globalização e do avanço tecnológico. Nesse cenário, a Gestão da mudança é essencial para que as organizações possam passar por reestruturações significativas sem sofrerem danos substanciais. Consequentemente, os processos organizacionais também sofrem impactos, bem como as pessoas envolvidas neles. Portanto, esse estudo busca apresentar reflexões baseadas em referências bibliográficas que falam a respeito da gestão de mudança e processo, evidenciando a importância dessas matérias nas organizações modernas.
