Abstract

Resumo A recente Teoria da Reprodução Social (TRS) advinda do Feminismo Marxista recupera a noção de totalidade social marxiana e consequentemente o método dialético que a informa acenando para a necessidade de uma compreensão unitária das relações sociais capitalistas. No entanto, ainda não há na TRS o desenvolvimento específico da crítica das formas sociais Direito e Estado que integram a complexidade do todo social capitalista. Minha hipótese é de que o diálogo entre Teoria da Reprodução Social e a Teoria da reprodução sócio-jurídica do capitalismo de Guilherme Leite Gonçalves pode auxiliar na construção de uma teoria social na qual Direito e Estado, enquanto formas sociais, também sejam inseridos na constituição ontológica das relações sociais de produção. Logo, o objetivo desse artigo é apresentar um diálogo teórico que insere as elaborações de Guilherme Gonçalves na teoria social construída pela TRS, no intuito de contribuir para construção de uma teoria social que tanto apreenda unitariamente as relações sociais quanto compreenda o Direito e o Estado como partes das relações sociais capitalistas.
