Jati Rejo adalah wilayah paling rawan dan sering terjadi longsor. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah daerah mengambil kebijakan lokasi relokasi. Lokasi relokasi ialah lokasi yang disiapkan pemerintah untuk pemindahan tempat tinggal warga dari wilayah yang terdampak bencana alam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya pembangunan lokasi relokasi Dusun Jati Rejo, Imogiri, Kabupaten Bantul meliputi rencana pembangunan infrastruktur seperti rumah tinggal tipe 54, jalan umum dan penerangan jalan umum. Metode analisis anggaran biaya membahas tentang perhitungan volume, AHSP, SHBJ dan RAB. Dari hasil analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur lokasi relokasi di Kabupaten Bantul seperti rumah tipe 54 adalah sebesar Rp. 179.202.000,00; perbaikan jalan umum adalah sebesar Rp. 260.273.088,00; pembangunan penerangan jalan umum adalah sebesar Rp. 257.920.740,00.
