Abstract
C'est en 1858, à Lyon, que Joséphin Péladan vit le jour.La mode est alors aux schismes religieux, aux doctrines les plus étranges.Son père, catholique, monarchiste impénitent, ose tenir tête même au pape; il publia de 1883 à 1890, année de sa mort, les Annales du Surnaturel, mensuel où se mélangent l'occultisme et le catholicisme1.Une remarque de Gustave-Louis Tautain, qui présente une édition des Dévotes d'Avignon, s'applique avec justesse, me semble-t-il, à Péladan fils.L'interdiscours y est implici tement pointé.2.
