Abstract
Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) outrigger telescopes are currently at various stages of completion. Foremost among the telescopes' scientific goals are to make breakthroughs in understanding the population and nature of Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) by precisely localizing many sources. Adding outriggers to the CHIME telescope will improve the angular resolution by 105o, thereby consistently providing milli-arcsecond localization of single burst FRBs unattainable by any other instrument existing or under development. The rotated telescope at Green Bank Observatory is based on the modular design of the existing CHIME telescope. The new outrigger has only one cylindrical reflector, which is composed of a 20 m wide by 64 m length oriented to view the same sky as CHIME. It has 128 dual-polarization feeds along the outrigger focal line covering the same 100-degree by 1.5-degree field of view. The GBO outrigger creates a ~3333 km Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) baseline with the CHIME Telescope in British Columbia, Canada. Ten milli-arc-seconds localization will be possible for low signal-to-noise ratio bursts, with higher precision localization for bursts with higher SNR.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
