ABSTRAK Peningkatan kasus anemia remaja putri tertinggi Kabupaten Tuban berada di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Prambontergayang. Hal tersebut akan berdampak negatif bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya, mereka calon ibu yang akan hamil dan melahirkan hal tersebut memperbesar risiko kematian ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan kepatuhan terhadap konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD) pada remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Prambontergayang. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 186 orang, dengan besar sampel 127 remaja putri. Teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian pengetahuan, sikap dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Prambontergayang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hampir setengah (36,2%) remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan kurang terhadap konsumsi tablet tambah darah, sebagian besar (56,7%) memiliki sikap positif terhadap konsumsi tablet tambah darah dan hampir seluruhnya (79,5%) memiliki kepatuhan rendah terhadap konsumsi tablet tambah darah. Oleh sebab itu pengawasan dalam konsumsi tablet tambah darah yang rutin (52 butir) setiap tahun diperlukan untuk mencegah anemia. This will have a negative impact on their growth and development, they are future mothers who will become pregnant and give birth it increases the risk of maternal and infant mortality. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge, attitudes and compliance with the consumption of blood supplement tablets (BST) in adolescent girls in the Prambontergayang Health Centre working area. The research design used descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 186 people, with a sample size of 127 adolescent girls. Simple random sampling technique. Research variables of knowledge, attitude and compliance of blood supplement tablets consumption in adolescent girls in the working area of the Prambontergayang Health Centre. Data collection using a questionnaire through google form. Data analysis using frequency distribution. The results of this study showed that almost half (36.2%) of adolescent girls had insufficient knowledge of blood tablet consumption, most (56.7%) had a positive attitude towards blood tablet consumption and almost all (79.5%) had low compliance with blood tablet consumption. Therefore, supervision in the consumption of blood supplement tablets regularly (52 grains) every year is necessary to prevent anaemia. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Compliance, Iron Supplement
