Abstract
Cet article explore la relation thérapeutique en contexte réunionnais en questionnant l’apport du concept d’injustice épistémique pour caractériser les situations où il est fait état plus classiquement d’insécurité linguistique, situationnelle ou plus globalement de mal diglossique. Une analyse de témoignages sur l’annonce du handicap a été menée, basée sur une double lecture conceptuelle. Il apparait que mal diglossique et injustice épistémique recoupent en partie des faits similaires, mais que la notion d’injustice testimoniale permet de pointer des faits qui resteraient peu perceptibles selon le concept de mal diglossique. Au-delà d’une réflexion théorique concernant les liens et les dissemblances entre les concepts, cet article interroge la posture du·de la soignant·e dans les espaces créoles et la manière dont la parole peut être encouragée.
