Abstract
We were very delighted to introduce the conference proceedings of 2023 4th International Conference on Power Engineering (ICPE 2023), which had been held in Macau, China from December 11 13, 2023. The conference is sponsored by IEEE, Macau University of Science and Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Science and Engineering Institute, and IEEE Macau Section. The conference has patrons including University of Quebec at Trois Rivieres, Haribin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Politecnico di Milano, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Northeastern University, Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, University of Ferrara, Horus University Egypt, and others.
