El impacto de las mujeres colombianas en la PaleontologaThe impact of Colombian women in Paleontology La extraordinaria diversidad biolgica de Colombia se ha moldeado a lo largo de millones de aos mediante procesos evolutivos y transformaciones en el paisaje.El auge de la investigacin paleontolgica en el pas es fundamental para la comprensin profunda de la dinmica de estos cambios al contribuir a la reconstruccin de la compleja historia geolgica y biolgica de nuestro territorio.En este contexto, el rol de las mujeres colombianas en la Paleontologa tiene cada vez mayor relevancia y ha contribuido significativamente al avance cientfico del pas.No obstante, persisten disparidades que merecen atencin.En este artculo nos propusimos abordar las investigaciones llevadas a cabo por nuestro grupo de estudio, las cuales reflejan un continuo crecimiento de la participacin femenina, y analizar el impacto de las mujeres colombianas en la Paleontologa de nuestro pas.Con esta reflexin se busca abordar la brecha
