Abstract
Né de la volonté de tenter de cerner une pratique de près de trente ans, l’article cherche à décrire au delà des concepts de la Gestalt-thérapie les points d’appui, les repères pratiques qui orientent l’auteur dans sa posture. Deux dimensions sont principalement présentes : la validité et le mouvement. La validité est fondatrice du lien, permet le dépli des situations et la constitution de points d’appui, corporels entre autres. Le mouvement ouvre à l’ajustement créateur. Il s’opérationnalise notamment par le questionnement des récits. Dans cet article, l’auteur cherche à interroger les rapports/impacts des récits avec le corps, la perception, l’angoisse et l’ajustement créateur. Il termine par un questionnement sur la cohérence de nos récits en écho avec les enjeux sociétaux actuels .
