Abstract
In diesem Artikel wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie der Begriff der Seele in der Postmoderne gefasst werden kann. Dabei werden Definitionsvorschläge der Analytischen Psychologie vorgestellt und diese in den zeitgeschichtlichen Kontext der Postmoderne gestellt. Da der Seelenbegriff in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr en vogue ist, findet zunehmend eine Entzauberung der Welt statt, die mit einem grossen innerpsychischen Preis gezahlt wird, der sich auch in der gesellschaftlichen Reaktion auf die Coronapandemie, die Klimakrise und Kriege zeigt. Es werden Lösungsvorschläge aufgezeigt, wie mithilfe des Einsatzes von Konzepten der Analytischen Psychologie diesen Krisen begegnet und gleichzeitig der Seele wieder ein Platz in der postmodernen Gesellschaft eingeräumt werden kann.
