L’article interroge l’incidence des prix littéraires décernés par des jurys d’élèves sur la scolarisation de la littérature contemporaine au lycée. Un éventuel effet est examiné à deux niveaux : i) les trajectoires des romans primés pour évaluer la légitimité doublement conférée par un prix prestigieux attribué par des élèves du secondaire et leur intégration dans les corpus scolaires ; ii) les modalités de lecture des œuvres auréolées de ces prix afin d’y déceler d’éventuelles spécificités liées à l’approche d’un corpus issu de la production la plus contemporaine. On observe ainsi un déploiement d’activités tournées vers la réception des élèves ou d’une réflexion sur le champ littéraire et les enjeux de la création littéraire au présent. Ces deux questions sont traitées à l’appui du corpus des ressources didactiques publiées sur les œuvres primées par différents acteurs, allant des éditeurs aux réseaux socionumériques de partage entre enseignants. La comparaison des contextes français et québécois fait apparaitre des différences révélatrices d’orientations partiellement contrastées de l’enseignement de la littérature au niveau le plus avancé du secondaire, ainsi que des proximités saillantes, notamment dans l’absence de formes de didactisation des œuvres qui seraient propres à la lecture de romans contemporains, plébiscités par un lectorat adolescent.
