Abstract
Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) merupakan masalah gizi ibu hamil yang perlu mendapat perhatian lebih. Data Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi ibu hamil KEK usia 15-49 tahun di Indonesia sebesar 17,3%, di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebesar 16,87%, dan di Kota Makassar sebesar 13,02%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling terhadap asupan zat gizi dan berat badan ibu hamil KEK di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tamalanrea Jaya Kota Makassar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil KEK yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sebanyak 10 orang dengan kriteria ibu hamil yang memiliki lingkar lengan atas <23,5 cm. Intervensi berupa konseling gizi dan pemberian PMT dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali selama 2 minggu. Asupan zat gizi diperoleh dengan metode recall 24 jam dan data berat badan diukur menggunakan timbangan berat badan digital. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata asupan zat gizi ibu hamil KEK baik energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat tergolong rendah (< 60% AKG ibu hamil). Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh konseling gizi terhadap asupan zat gizi ibu hamil KEK, mulai dari energi (p=0,878), protein (p=0,203), lemak (p=0,575), maupun karbohidrat (p=0,508). Pemberian konseling memiliki pengaruh terhadap berat badan ibu hamil antara sebelum dan sesudah konseling gizi (p=0,012). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling gizi belum dapat meningkatkan asupan zat gizi sampai terpenuhinya kebutuhan gizi, namun dapat meningkatkan berat badan ibu hamil KEK.
