With the widespread application of 5G technology, educational informatization has entered a new era. This paper aims to delve into the educational informatization based on 5G technology and explore its applications and impacts in the field of education. By summarizing the innovative applications of 5G technology in education, this paper analyzes its potential roles in improving educational efficiency, expanding educational resources, and promoting personalized learning. Additionally, the article focuses on the challenges and solutions regarding 5G technology in education information security, teacher-student interaction, and distance education. Through a review of relevant literature, this research aims to provide valuable insights and guidance for the future development of educational informatization.
