Abstract
Emesis gravidarum adalah mual muntah yang biasanya dialami oleh ibu hamil trimester pertama. Mual biasanya terjadi pada pagi hari (morning sickness) tetapi ada yang malam hari dengan frekuensi mual muntah 1-2x/hari. Mual dan muntah disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan hormon estrogen dan progesteron serta hormon human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). Kondisi ini biasanya hilang setelah kehamilan berumur 3 bulan, namun jika tidak ditangani dengan baik dan keadaan ibu menjadi lebih buruk dapat berlanjut menjadi hiperemesis gravidarum. Tujuan penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini untuk melakukan Asuhan Kebidanan pada Ny.O usia 22 tahun G2P1A0 dengan emesis gravidarum di Praktik Mandiri Bidan J Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah laporan kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil pengkajian data subjektif diperoleh Ny.O usia 22 tahun hamil anak ke-2, tidak pernah mengalami keguguran. HPHT: 25-12-2022, mengeluh mual muntah frekuensi 1-2x perhari pada saat pagi hari sejak 2 minggu yang lalu, nafsu makan menurun namun tidak mengganggu aktivitas. Data objektif diperoleh keadaan umum baik, tanda vital dalam batas normal, berat badan tetap dan tidak ditemukan tanda dehidrasi. Analisa yang ditegakkan Ny O usia 22 tahun G2P1A0 usia kehamilan 8 minggu dengan emesis gravidarum. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan pemberian edukasi mengenai cara mengurangi mual muntah dan pemberian dukungan psikologis dalam menghadapi kehamilan. Kesimpulan hasil asuhan yaitu keluhan mual muntah pada dapat tertangani dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari keluhan yang sudah tidak dirasakan pada pertemuan selanjutnya. Adapun saran yang diberikan kepada ibu dan keluarga untuk tetap melanjutkan anjuran yang telah diberikan.
