Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Maluku. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan melalui daftar pertanyaan kepada sejumlah responden yang terlibat secara langsung berkaitan dengan penelitian tentang Pengawasan Dan Hubungannya Dengan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Maluku.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya koofisien korelasi antara kedua variabel pokok dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,48 dan berada pada posisi sedang. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut signifikan atau tidaknya, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian dengan membandingkannya dengan nilai r- Product Moment pada taraf signifikan 0.5 % (tingkat kepercayaan 95 %). Hasilnya adalah sebesar 0.266.s. Dengan demikian hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa t-tabel lebih besar dari nilai r-tabel (0,48 > 0.226), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Kantor Wilayah, maka semakin meningkat pula efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Maluku. Sebaliknya apabila pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Kantor Wilayah tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik, maka efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Maluku semakin menurun. Demikian hipotesis yang mengatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengawasan dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Maluku diterima daya keberlakuannya.
