Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran yaitu media gambar kartun dari kulit jagung untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tema 8 subtema 3 kelas II SDN 2 Badrain yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Untuk tahap uji coba terbatas dilaksanakan di kelas II SDN 2 Badrain dan tahap uji coba lapangan dilaksanakan di kelas II SDN 1 Badrain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk pengembangan media gambar kartun dari kulit jagung ini mendapat nilai rata-rata hasil validasi ahli media 0,77% (valid), ahli materi 0,84% (sangat valid). Adapun hasil dari uji coba terbatas mendapat nilai rata-rata 82,4% dikategorikan (praktis), sedangkan hasil dari uji coba lapangan memperoleh skor N-Gain 80,87% dan dikategorikan (sangat efektif). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media gambar kartun dari kulit jagung untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif serta layak digunakan pada pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar.
