Abstract
El objeto de este estudio es analizar dos, de los no pocos, problemas jurídicos que plantea la responsabilidad civil por daños personales derivados de la exposición a las fibras de amianto. En concreto, la legitimación activa grupal y el fallecimiento prematuro de la víctima, con especial referencia en este último caso a los problemas derivados del cálculo de la indemnización. Este trabajo es fruto de la experiencia de su autor, que, en los últimos 15 años, viene actuando como abogado de la Asociación de Víctimas del Amianto (A.V.I.D.A.).
