Abstract
On utilisait autrefois des moules pour façonner le beurre et des étampes pour le marquer. Dans de nombreux cas, ces instruments faisaient partie du même appareil. Ce sont les colons européens qui ont introduit les moules et les étampes à beurre en Amérique du Nord. De fabrication canadienne, le moule illustré ici est fait d'érable et d'éléments métalliques. L'étampe porte les lettres SRL (sans doute les initiales du fabricant de beurre), situées entre deux étoiles et entourées de lignes verticales et horizontales.Remarque : Ce modèle est conçu pour être visualisé dans un environnement virtuel au moyen d'un logiciel.
