Bibliographic record
Abstract
This is data that was used to generate the figures and tables for the Journal of General Physiology paper:PHOSPHORYLATION OF RyR2 SIMULTANEOUSLY EXPANDS THE DYAD AND REARRANGES THE TETRAMERS The uploaded data was used to generate all the figures and tables in the paper. The directories for Figure 1 and Supplemental Figures 2-7 contain data that can be used with the RyRfit and the commercial Amira programs to provide the position, orientation and classifications of the RyR2 tetramers in those figures. The Excel file titled Junction_Lengths contains all of the data presented in Figure 2, Tables 1 and 2 and Supplementary Tables 1 and 2. The Excel file titled Nearest Neighbour Distances_Mice_Human_Rat was used to generate Figure 3D. The Excel file titled Nearest Neighbour Distances_Mutants and WTs file was used to generate Figures 3A and 3B, and Figures 4 and 5.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
