Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (32,933 > 2,790). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor. Kata-kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Rumpin District Office, Bogor Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 53 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 58.4% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.272 > 2.008). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 38.9% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (5.527 > 2.008). Work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.545 + 0.328X1 + 0.304X2. The coefficient of determination is 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (32.933 > 2.790). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Rumpin District Office, Bogor Regency. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
