By Moritz S Schmid and Louis Fortier Attached are R data files of copepod lipids, copepod vertical distributions, and chl a profiles, as well as R-code. The following sea ice data was used: Nimbus-7 SMMR and DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS passive microwave data, available at : https://nsidc.org/data/nsidc-0051.
