Abstract

La reconstruction à Fukushima propose un modèle de résilience post-accident nucléaire qui n’existe nulle part au monde. Les implications de cette reconstruction, présentée comme une aubaine, sont néanmoins nombreuses, tant sur le plan environnemental qu’humain. Elle implique des choix drastiques qui s’inscrivent profondément dans le paysage, sans pour l’heure, générer la dynamique escomptée. L’implantation de photovoltaïque à grande échelle est également interrogée, tout autant que l’installation, incitée par les autorités, d’une nouvelle population dans des territoires encore contaminés. Dans cet article, nous revenons sur la nature de ces choix, leurs motivations et leurs conséquences, par le biais d’analyses quantitatives et qualitatives permises par un accès mensuel au terrain depuis le temps T0. Une approche géo-ethnographique, nous permet d’embrasser la complexité des facteurs en jeux. Outre les interviews régulières des habitants, mais également des acteurs de la reconstruction, une cartographie (dont la méthodologie est précisée dans un paragraphe dédié) a été élaborée afin de rendre compte visuellement des transformations observées sur le terrain et d’en faciliter l’analyse.
