Abstract
Aujourd’hui, les questions relatives à la scolarisation des élèves réfugié.e.s prennent de plus en plus d’ampleur et s’avèrent particulièrement complexes. S’emparant de ces enjeux, le canton de Genève a développé le dispositif AIS-Scolaire visant à soutenir l’intégration des élèves réfugié.e.s et de leur famille grâce à la présence d’accompagnatrices scolaires, œuvrant comme l’un des maillons clés de l’intégration, notamment grâce à leur maitrise de la langue maternelle des bénéficiaires du projet. Cet article rend compte des résultats d’une recherche portant sur le développement du dispositif, sur son fonctionnement et ses potentielles retombées.
