R script for data analysis in the manuscript Biodiversity Measures to Summarize Antibiotic Resistance. The data set included here is an example data set as the original data set cannot be made available without request to the Public Health Agency of Canada. Hence the R script will run but will create different figures and give different statistical results compared to the original figure and results in the manuscript. <br>Please use R version (3.3.2; 2016-10-31).<br>
